Bacon & Vegetable Slice
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Bacon
8 Eggs
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 Cup Grated Zucchini
1/2 Cup Grated Onion
1/2 Cup Grated Squash
1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 Cup finely chopped celery
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (Paleo Friendly - no additives)
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl mixing with a wooden spoon. Pour batter into well greased baking dish.
