6 Chard leaves

Coconut oil spray

Salt

METHOD

Preheat oven at 200 degrees celsius.  Break Chard leaves off the stalk and into random sized pieces.  Place Chard leaves on 2 baking trays, spray with coconut oil and salt to taste.  Cook until moisture is removed from Chard leaves (approximately 6 minutes).  Serve as a great snack, side to yOnis' Paleo Pantry - Mushroom Saffrom Thai Soup.
