TUNA SALAD LETTUCE FUNNEL

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 large tin tuna (drained)

5 x Ice Berg Lettuce Leaves

1 x Contiental Cucumber (diced)

1 x Punnet Cherry Tomatoes

1 x Celery Stick (diced)

1 tbls Goju Berries

2 tbls Almonds

2 tbls Mayonaise

 

METHOD

 

Place 1 lettuce leaf on four plates.  Shred the remaining lettuce leaf and place in a large mixing bowl.  Add the remaining ingredients in the bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix through.

 

Spoon even amounts of the mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve.
