INGREDIENTS

100  grams Lean Beef

1 Tablespoon Cumin

2 Shallots (chopped)

50 grams Brown Mushrooms

2 Eggs (free range organic are best)

Salt and Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Coconut oil

METHOD

Heat a medium sized ceramic coated fry pan (Bio Range Robins Kitchen) and add coconut oil.  Place ground beef in the fry pan and with a wooden spoon break up ground beef as it cooks.  Add salt, pepper and cumin to the beef and mix well.  When beef is browned add shallots and mushrooms.  When mushrooms are browning break eggs into the ground beef.  Cook for 2 minutes and then flip eggs over cooking for a further 30 seconds.  Slide onto a plate, or if not using a Bio Ceramic fry pan lift out of pan with a spatula and arrange on a dinner plate.  Garnish with green leaves and serve with Nana's Iced Tea, or other tea.
